Hello everyone! I hope this message finds you doing well.
It’s been a rough few weeks for everyone as we deal with the COVID-19 and the chaos it has brought into our lives. I’m sure I’m not the first (nor the last) person to mention that these are unprecedented times.
For yoga teachers, it means that we have had to change the way in which we teach, as yoga studios, fitness gyms, and other buildings are now closed. Fortunately, we also live in the age of the Internet, and everyone is doing their best to make the most of virtual connection and communication so that we can all be together—without having to leave the safety and comfort of our homes.
Which is why, as the title of this post suggests, I have begun teaching beginner level yoga classes on both YouTube and Facebook—for free.
First up is my brand new YouTube Channel! Although my YouTube is still in it’s infancy, I am very excited to continue adding short, beginner-friendly sequences to my channel, so that you can practice along with me any time you need a quick “yoga break.”
